New Features of Facebook
Facebook founder mark zuckerberg says’ company is planning to “launch something extraordinary”. But he doesn’t say anything about it in detail he only says that we launch something awesome. However, it is being speculated that the new feature to be launched could be in the mobile or tablet space. A report in the Los Angeles Times said there are various mobile products in development at Facebook, including the release of a long-awaited Facebook app for Apple’s iPad and a specialized app for photo-sharing on the iPhone.

Facebook Director of Engineering, Mr. Andrew Bosworth, as saying that “we are working in something that we don’t have before so nearly we launch our new feature”.  So basically we can say that Facebook plan is for new mobile products, specially focus on Ipad. Face book is reportedly working on an HTML 5-based Web app for the iPad. When this web app design it can break the strong one distribution of apple app.

The project has been developed at the 40-person Seattle office, which is Facebook’s only major engineering hub outside of its Palo Alto, California headquarters another features of Facebook is in new photo sharing service iphone. In it facebook add a feature of color and instagram. It's not clear if the rumored new photo-sharing feature would be built into Facebook's current iPhone app or function as a stand-alone app.

There is one more social networking site launch by Google that is Google+. It is a big competitor of facebook. They also provide same features which facebook provide. But as we seen before Facebook has over500 million users all around the world. So to reach at that level the way of Google+ is too difficult. Facebook is also launch new features nearly as per Ceo of Company MARK ZUCKERBERG. So Facebook also giving tough completion to Google+. Facebook is a very popular site in the world. So it is too hard to beat them in a social network.

The search giant Google has finally launches its top secret social network Google+ on June 28, 2011. Google plus is online sharing ‘awakward’, but this service is not for mass group sharing. This project begins rolling out a very limited field test, so you can try to sign up to request a Google+.

Firstly Google has given an entry form that says to user to submit their first name and email address so they can stay posted as the Google+ service is rolled out more fully and easy. Google wrote on the entry form, “We’re still ironing out a few kinks in Google+, so it’s not quite ready for everyone to climb aboard. But, if you want, we’ll let you know the minute the doors are open for real. Cool? Cool.”

Circles is named for a service of Google+ that focused on sharing with various social groups not on sharing with a mass group of friends. Facebook, Twitter and other social services have not successful with friends’ lists but Google+ friend list products are very useful and handy.

In Google+ Circles system users can drag and drop their friends into several social circles for friends, classmates, family and many other custom groups. They also can drag groups in and out of these circles. When users remove a friend and a circle a puff of smoke and a-1 animation appears and rolls away off the screen.

Google+ has a new section for managing, viewing and editing multimedia. The photo tab is available with image editor, privacy options and sharing features. One more interesting feature of Google+ is its Video chat; group chat has become a mainstream phenomenon here. Hangouts is the cool feature that Google changes the chat screen to whoever is currently talking, instead of place a chat window on the screen for each participant.

Sparks - Content Discovery:
Google+ Sparks is little search engine for find a interesting content and also one stop shop. Spark is a collection of articles, photos, videos and other content relies from Google Search, shared via Google+ and trough +1 buttons.

Mobile Apps:
Mobile apps also launch by Google+ and starting with Android. Auto upload is the surprise feature of the Android app, although the Android app access to the Stream, Sparks, Multimedia and Circles.

Google+ has a Twitter account and tweeting out information about the new services launched. Today Google+ tweet that, “When Google+ 2.0 is rolled out, should we name it Google++? Ya, still too early to say.”

Rowling didn’t mention any specific details on how users will be able to use the new site, but she promised that Pottermore site will be a safe, unique online reading experience built around the Harry Potter books. She also added, "This site is a fantastic way for fan creativity to continue. It's amazing for me to be creative in this medium, which didn't exist back in 1990."

J. K. Rowling said about her upcoming and most awaited site in press conference, "I had more than half of the new material already written or in note form. I literally dug some out of boxes, "I generated more material than ever appeared in the books. I thought 'who would ever want to know the significance of all the difference wand woods? .. Now you can go and see. It's such a rich experience to do it this way."

She said, "It is exactly like an ex-boyfriend, finishing writing Harry – I have only ever cried in that way and that much when my mother died. I have never cried for a man the way I cried for Harry Potter."

Nokia N9 – Price, Features and Video Review

Nokia announced the first MeeGo based smartphone named Nokia N9, in Singapore on June 21, 2011. The N9 is the world's first pure touchscreen phone. This Phone has no front-facing buttons and the user interface is handled with touches and swipes.

Nokia N9 has in favor of Microsoft’s windows Phone operating system. Phone is a stylized, minimalistic device with a unibody design and a pretty 3.9-inch curved display.

Near field communication – NFC – radio chips preparing by Sony Ericsson to their Android smartphones. Motorola-Sprint Photon 4G – Video Review

Motorola announced the android based ‘Photon 4G’ Smartphone, which will be coming before the end of the year 2011. The two companies, Motorola and Sprint are working together with a target and ‘Photon 4G’ is the first realistic result.

Google has launched a 3D video tour of the wedding procession across London. Goggle mapped 3D buildings and trees for central London.

April 29,2011will become the great ceremony day for London and Britain. The world will focus on the Royal wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton.

The official royal wedding guest list revealed. Aristocracy, celebrities, personal aides, friends, and dignitaries were invited from home and also all over the world.

Google 3D map will show around places like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and other routes the Royal couple will take to and from their wedding on April 29th 2011.

Phil Verney, Google’s Earth and Maps Program Manager, writes on the company’s official blog, “We’re doing our part too: following last week’s announcement of new aerial imagery for London, we’re expanding our 3D imagery of central London’s buildings and trees in Google Earth—including the entire royal procession route. Upon departing Westminster Abbey, you’ll pass the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, the famous ministries on Whitehall and the Prime Minister’s residence at 10 Downing Street. Traverse Horse Guards Parade, and from there, you can travel down The Mall—with 3D trees lining the route—and see Buckingham Palace standing proudly at the finish.”

Goggle says the new 3D imagery covers the procession route will allow users to get a ‘royals-eye’ view of the same sights that Prince William and Kate see.

Nokia has now announced two new smartphone devices- Nokia E6 and Nokia X7-with Symbian operating system.

The Nokia E6 is like BlackBerry-style, and geared toward business people, when Nokia X7, is a high-end, touchscreen- aimed at the gaming and entertainment enthusiasts respectively.

Nokia has use Microsoft software in these both smartphones and it operating system called Symbian Anna. Nokia promises new icons, a faster browser, improved usability, better maps, enterprise-grade security and messaging enhancements. Its also along with easier text input, including the option of a portrait virtual keyboard on touchscreen handsets.

One thing is interesting In Nokia Symbian handsets, including the C6, C7, N8 and E7 is that it will be able to get the Anna update as an over-the-air download and Anna is "the first in a series of updates" coming to Symbian and Ovi Maps has also had a refresh via Anna, to make it easier to use and search for locations, said that Nokia.

The head of Nokia's Smart Devices business Mr. Jo Harlow said, "With these new products and more Symbian devices and user enhancements coming in the near future, we are confident we can keep existing Nokia smartphone customers engaged, as well as attract new first-time and competitor smartphone users."

Nokia said in a statement, "This momentum has resulted in 158 developers from 41 countries now surpassing the million download milestone each for their applications and the number of mobile applications in its Ovi Store has increased more than eight times in the past 12 months to more than 40,000, with as many as five million downloads a day.”

Both handsets will be available in the second quarter of this year and Nokia estimates it will sell 150 million Symbian handsets in the coming years as it moves over to WP7.

Apple has announced annual Worldwide Developers Conference -WWDC 2011 from June 6 to June 10 at Moscone West, San Francisco. The date for the event was provided by Philip Schiller, SVP of Worldwide product marketing.
Philip Schiller said, “At this year’s conference we are going to unveil the future of iOS and Mac OS. If you are an iOS or Mac OS X software developer, this is the event that you do not want to miss.”

In WWDC 2011 Apple engineers host more that 100 technical sessions and demo a bunch of applications.
Tickets to WWDC 2011 are currently available for purchase by all registered Apple Developers. And ticket rate is about $1,600 each. Student scholarship for students is also available for this event, and that’s good news for students.
