But the only thing is my lawyer did not file any job offer letter while appling for my I 485 as i did not had any as i did mentioned we had a disagreement and the employer is not willing to give me any letter.
but my current employer is a best person to work with and he is ready to help me at any extend he will not mind doing anything which will help me getting my green card.
Please advice if this could be an issue not having the employer letter while filling the I 485.

It does not make any sense to send a new offer letter with AC21 unless you know the right job title or job description.
you would have a safe bet once you know your job title and send a new offer letter with your current employer and AC21 letter.

How about anyone with a US Masters no matter if it was obtained before filing the GC or just last month? Almost everyone I know has got some US masters in the meantime over the past 5-7 years. The queue will not move if the provision just includes a degree. In fact a lot of EB3 India would benefit since most of us got a masters in the meantime even if it was something like some MBA or information systems management.
Sure the queue will be shorter if people with masters got a GC just as it will be if all spillover goes to the most waiting applicant first, not to mention it will be fairer.
So essentially this talk about US masters is just a self-serving way to jump the queue. There is no crab mentality here. Just trying push ones own importance using any pretext whatsoever.

I know it is not the right place to put it. I could not find any appropriate thread. My wife is planning to go for H4 visa stamping in October. My question is can she go alone and what kind of documents she need. Our I-485 applications have reached USCIS on July 2nd. Any reply will be greatly appreciated.
Yes she can go alone. She will need her H4 approval notice as well as your H1B approval notice. Additionally since you have applied for AOS take them for good measure. My husband recently went for H4 stamping in London and they did not actually require the adjustment receipt notice but did take anyway with his documents.

The meeting with Rep. Pete Stark's district director Jo Cazenave went very well. She had a little idea about, but was not fully aware of EB process for obtaining GC, and was impressed with our presentation that explained the process in graphical manner. Jo confirmed that Congressman Stark was against illegal immigration and also clarified that he was all in for high tech legal immigration. She listened attentively and took notes. She showed more interest in knowing facts about provisions of S.2454 and Spector's mark up that would reverse provisions of AC21 and Sen. Fienstein's amendments to these proposed bills. She repeatedly reminded me to make sure to forward more details on these after the meeting. I've sent her these details in the 'Thank you' email after the meeting. As it has been the case with outcome of other lawmaker staff's meetings, she suggested that we agressively meet with as many lawmakers as possible - especially in DC, seek support of big companies who hire EB workers and encourage people to contact their congress reps in case of unacceptable administrative delays. Jo has extended her invitation to members of IV to attend Rep. Stark's town meetings. (The next one to be held on 1st Apr'06 in Newark - details on http://www.house.gov/stark/contact/townmeeting.htm ). She asked my personal experience with the GC Processing and how it has impacted me. She noted down my home address and promised that she will not only convey a picture of the issues faced by EB immigrants to the rep, but also have him contact me via mail for anything he might have to say or ask.

ramus, follow my posts in the past 20 days and you will see i have posted many posts for this AP expedite. I have a travel coming up shortly and I had only exactly 90 days from the date of application and date of travel. My application was approved recently along with my spouse. There is even a post where I listed out all the steps I took to expedite and finally finally only the local congressman phone to USCIS helped. its just unbelievable, but its possible. I have tickets that even if you postpone the journey I will lose money. I said to myself enough we lose with USCIS, and so decided to take all and any steps to expedite and get it done. just follow my posts (like start reading my past 20 posts) and I am sure you will find it useful. L2's are allowed to have dual intent
Why do you think I should go for a new H1? I can always call my wife on a visitor visa. She can stay on a visitor visa in US for 1 year continuously. So why bother for an H4?
Unless there are some other advantages of H4 which I am missing?

A lot of us can do and will do many things. Your argument does not stand ground. I dont ahave anything against this guy. I have a problem with the system that permits this activity. Because its not fair. By the way I seriously doubt this happens to people in my situation. This is typical of "desi consultant companies". So once again pontiff i dont have a grudge against this guy but the system that allows this to take place.

I called too. They told me that NSC needs 2 month to process it--presumably, getting the FP notice out to me.

No FP yet for me or my wife. Been calling CIS.....feels like talking to a wall.
I guess we CSC transferees are DOOMED!!!
There shall be light at the end of the tunnel....or it could just be an incoming train :-)
